To help ensure that your heating and cooling systems are running properly before they are used heavily in the summer and winter, Snell Plumbing & Heating offers Service Agreements. With a yearly Service Agreement our service technician will come out in the spring to check your cooling system and in the fall to check your heating system. The following items are included in each yearly Service Agreement:
- Fall furnace tune-up
- Spring air-conditioning tune-up
- Priority service
- Access to 24-hour emergency phone number (after-hour rates apply)
- One disposable filter (if applicable)
- One pound of refrigerant (if needed)
- 10% discount on service repairs (parts & labor)
- An opportunity to have your humidifier or filter media serviced at a minimal additional cost
